Working Smarter Podcast

A new podcast series from Calabrio called Working Smarter: Presented by Calabrio. Prior to launching the podcast, an identify was needed that would visually communicate the Contact Center industry while standing apart from other competitors in the same space. To accomplish this, I adapted a design system icon set and brought the title of the podcast right into the spotlight. The identity utilizes currently branding elements while deviating slightly to allow Working Smarter to stand on its own.

Working Smarter: Presented by Calabrio discusses Contact Center industry trends and best practices, as well as sharing success stories and pain points with some of the most innovative professionals in the industry.
