Calabrio, a leading provider of customer engagement and analytics software, commissioned a study that surveyed more than 3,000 consumers in the U.S. and U.K. to explore what motivates customer behavior in an increasingly digital world. In order to distribute the findings, Calabrio produced a nine-page report in the U.S. and U.K. with a focus on the human behind the technology.
Rather than creating graphics that were vector based, crafting the report with a diverse human element was the direction chosen. The report takes a photojournalistic approach and blends a modern lifestyle style to create an engaging and impactful way to deliver the findings.
The report was used as a cornerstone to the organization’s quarterly demand generation efforts in both digital and print medium.
